Welcome to Deliveries by Bill. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Deliveries by Bill (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides same-day and scheduled delivery services in and around Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are not a shipping carrier, and we do not guarantee delivery outside of our stated service area.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Deliveries by Bill. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of delivery unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • Once payment is received, services are considered confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup may be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made after pickup will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control (incorrect address, customer unavailable, etc.), a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Ensure that delivery instructions comply with all applicable laws.

  • Not request the transport of prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Deliveries by Bill is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We take great care in handling items, but we are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging or items not disclosed as fragile.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to a delivery is limited to the amount paid for that delivery service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, logos, and design) is the property of Deliveries by Bill and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
